 Scott R. Oglum
Founder
Manager of Row One Products, Franchise Operations, New Store Design & Construction
Scott R. Oglum is the Founder of TheaterXtreme. Mr. Oglum brings a diverse franchise and business leadership background to TheaterXtreme. He is responsible for the company's strategic direction, and has an active role in day-to-day executive decision-making.
His management and franchising career spans more than two decades. During the 1980s, Mr. Oglum managed franchise outlets for Entre Computer Center. In 1987, he founded Second Source Computer Center, a franchisor of used computer retail stores based on the East Coast. Mr. Oglum launched TheaterXtreme in 2003, applying his technology-rich background to the strategic position of the company's product line and franchise-focused growth model.
He holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He also attended the Graduate School of Business at the same university. He and his wife, Linda, have three children.
Robert Oberosler
Chairman, President & CEO
Mr. Oberosler is an outstanding leader with deep experience in retail management. He has 32 years of experience in operations management, asset management, project management, and supply chain logistics. He served as Vice President of both May Departments Stores and Lowe's Companies. Prior to joining Theater Xtreme he served as Senior Vice President of Pathmark supermarkets.
 Justin L. Schakelman
Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Training & Store Support
Justin Schakelman is responsible for TheaterXtreme's brand development through the oversight of marketing and business processes. He also leads the training and development strategy for the organization.
Dr. Schakelman's training and development work with large organizations includes the US Figure Skating Association, where he co-developed an online training system that improves judges' rating accuracy. He also has an extensive background in serving customers requiring e-learning research and development in both corporate and higher education.
He holds a B.A. from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, an M.Ed. from the University of Delaware, and a doctorate from the same university.
